18. Evaluation of Hybrid Lagoon Performance
(2): Sewage Treatment Failities.BCJ-1850/2355. 1993-1996.
Hybrid lagoon automatic control facilities have been evaluated by The Building Center of Japan Foundation and received an individual ranking from the Minister of Construction.
Hybrid lagoon automatic control facilities operated as a combined human waste cleaning basin performed according to design, preventing eutrophication by maintaining the discharged water quality at under 5 mg/liter BOD, 3 mg/liter T-N and 2 mg/liter T-P, and demonstrated the technical feasibility of application as a high-performance cleaning basin. The electrical power charge for operating this facility was approximately ¥ per month.
